Exciting news! I am showcasing some of my work in ZIG & ZAG exhibition at Line Gallery later this month.
I have been working with tapestry for a while so I can’t wait to finally share a few of them and test the waters. I’ll be exhibiting alongside two very talented artists Martin Heron and Juliet Chadwick. Check out Line Gallery here for all the details. There are so many good events coming up, including a cross stitch workshop in the gallery space on Saturday 14th May, do pop along.
I will of course be there on the private view night and it would be great to see you there. It’s been a long time in the making, so I hope you like it.
During the month of May Stroud turns in to a hub for activity and all the artists, makers and designers come out of their studios and put on events all over town. The town’s history is steeped in textiles, being the origin of tennis ball and snooker table felt back in the day. Nowadays it is home to more artists than anywhere else in the UK, has some amazing studio facilities, and houses the factories of some of the biggest names in the art industry. So we know how to put on a show and everyone comes out to show their support. Come on down to be a part of it.
